Preparation Ideas: Asparagus is sweetest when used freshly cut. Wash asparagus and cut into 1" pieces. Heat oil in frying pan. When the oil is hot, add asparagus pieces and seasonings to pan. Cover pan and constantly shake pan on burner for approximately 5 minutes. Asparagus is done when it has a crisp tender texture. Serve immediately.
Instructions
Expect a light crop in the second year, full crop in the third year. Cultivate often. Harvest when stems reach 20cm (8") and buds at the tips are still tightly compressed.
