Preparation Ideas: Rinse beans in water. Drain and remove cut off ends. Heat olive oil, and garlic in frying pan. Add string beans and if desired, season with salt, pepper, garlic salt or garlic powder. Stir mixture constantly and sautee for approximately 5 minutes or until beans are fork tender. Serve immediately.
