If your summer spinach is always going to seed before maturity, try this variety. It virtually never goes to seed if properly harvested. Succulent, prolific and very hardy. Makes a good fall crop.  Harvest a few leaves at a time, snapping them off at the base.  Requires plenty of moisture.
