  • Tulips benefit from bulb food or bone meal added in the hole at time of planting.
  • Lightly cover with soil and water thoroughly.

Planting Depth: 15-20 cm (6-8")

Plantling Spacing: 7-10 cm (3-4")

Suggestions

Growing Suggestions:

  • Tulips will come back year after year with the right care. In the Spring after the tulips have finished blooming, remove the flower stalk to allow the plant to store energy for the next season, but do not remove the leaves.
  • Approximately 6 weeks after flowering, once the leaves have turned yellow and die back, they can be removed.
  • In the spring, when leaves emerge, feed your tulip the same bulb food or bone meal which you used at planting time.
  • Water well.
