Canada Post Strike Shipping Delay

  • Due to the Canada Post strike orders placed 3-5 days before the strike are currently held in queue at Canada Post facilities.
  • We are working on using an alternative carrier, such as Purolator, to ensure continued delivery during this period of uncertainty.
  • Please note that Purolator does not deliver directly to rural addresses; in these cases, packages will be redirected to the nearest Purolator shipping agent or facility for customer pickup.

We offer free shipping on all orders of $60 or more (before tax). For orders under $60, a flat shipping rate of $18.99 applies. Please note that the $60 minimum for free shipping is calculated before taxes are added.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited Mail Service. Expedited mail is a faster service than regular mail and it provides online tracking with estimated date of arrival.
  • Seed orders will be delivered to Canada Post within two to three business days after your order is placed. Note: Saturday & Sunday do not count as business days.
  • Order delays can occur when inclement weather is impacting our warehouse location or shipping carriers. These delays are to help us protect your order to ensure it is received at its highest quality.
  • Order delays can also occur during peak planting season due to increased orders or shipping carrier capacity. We will do our best to manage all orders in a timely manner.
  • Apparel & Accessories (Shipped separately) may take 7-10 business days to ship, depending on the day you order. All of our apparel & accessories are made to order.

  • We have a 30-day return policy for items purchased at mckenzieseeds.com.
  • Products purchased at a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that store's return policy.
