Instructions
Growing Instructions:
Start strawberry seeds indoors 10 to 14 weeks before the last frost in your area. Follow the seed depth and spacing guidelines indicated below. Once all danger of frost has passed, seedlings should be hardened off before planting in their growing location. Seedlings should be transplanted according to the plant and row spacing directions below. Transplant seedlings into the garden once the soil temperature has reached 18°C (65°F). Pick a location sheltered from the wind. Pepper plants have brittle branches and it is a good idea to support plants at time of planting with a cage or stakes to prevent bending as they grow. Regularly monitor your plants and ensure that the soil remains moist , but not soggy while they establish themselves in their new environment.

Suggestions
Growing Suggestions:
Strawberry seeds germinate best at a room temperature of 18-21°C (65-70℉).
Unlike regular strawberries, alpine strawberries do not produce runners. Instead, they grow in clumps that increase in size as the plant ages.
Divide plants every four or five years to keep production high and prevent the plants from becoming crowded.
Alpine strawberries produce small fruits that are only about an 2.5 cm (1") long, but they produce all summer and a few plants can yield a handful of berries every day.
Plants require pollination to produce berries. Consider growing bright-colored flowers nearby to attract pollinators.
Before winter, cover plants with a layer of straw for winter protection. In Spring remove the straw just before new leaves emerge. The straw can serve as mulch around plants to keep strawberries off the ground and deter slugs.
