Growing Instructions:
Start pack choi seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost in your area. Follow the seed depth and spacing guidelines indicated below. Once all danger of frost has passed, seedlings should be hardened off before planting in their growing location. Seedlings should be transplanted according to the plant and row spacing directions below. Regularly monitor your plants and ensure that the soil remains moist , but not soggy while they establish themselves in their new environment. Pak Choi grows quickly and more seeds can be succession planted every 3-4 weeks until August for a continuous supply.

Feed plants SUPERthrive once per week. Mix 1.2 ml (1/4 tsp) per 4L (1 gallon) of water in a watering can and apply solution to the base of the plants.

Growing Suggestions:
Pak choi is an excellent crop for cut and come again. Baby leaves are ready to pick in as little as 30 days – snip off individual leaves, only taking a few from each plant. Plants will continue to produce fresh leaves for repeated pickings until they start to flower. The young leaves can be used raw in salads or add to stir-fries.
Pak choi likes cool, damp conditions, so keep plants well watered and in light shade, especially in summer.
Row covers can be used to protect plants from pests such as cutworms and slugs and from summer heat.
